What Happens To The Toilet Waste?
We are a licenced Waste Carrier and follow HSE Regulations & Procedures. Effluent is disposed of at a local Sewage Works, there is one in almost every town!
Can My Waste Still Be Collected During the Coronavirus Pandemic?
Yes you can.
We have an extensive health and safety policy, that covers both our customers and staff, esuring that their safety is always our primary concern.
We keep abreast of the latest Government Guidelines and quickly respond to any changes that need to be made to ensure we continue to help minimise the spread of COVID-19.
In addition our personnel have many years in the Sanitation Industry and all hold their NSQ in Sanitation (National Sanitation Qualification).

How Will I Know That My Waste Has Been Ethically Disposed Of?
We provide our Customers with an Electronic copy Waste Disposal Certificate.
Can I Book My Unit Servicing For Regular Slots?
Absolutely! When placing your servicing order you can select, weekly, twice-weekly, or any regularity that suits your needs. Our Customer Support Team will be more than happy to help advise on frequency, if you are in any doubt.
Does The Servicing Of My Chemical Toilet And Welfare Unit Include Protection From Viruses?
